Designed specifically for industrial use, the Hi-Spec range of Dust Suppression units are available for a number of applications, these include dust suppression, irrigation, streetwashing, fire auxilliary and waste water collection and disposal.
DESIGN
All dust suppression units are manufactured using 6mm high quality British steel. Internal implosion rings are fitted to all tanks, which are then mounted on a strong chassis frame for maximum support.
To ensure effective corrosion protection two coats of paint are applied to all tankers, an anti corrosive primer and an enamel finish, thus giving a high quality long lasting finish. Alternatively Dust Suppression units can be galvanised up to and including 1,600 gallon (7279 ltrs).
OPTIONS
Both vacuum and gravity feed units are available in standard sizes ranging from 750 gallon (3,409 ltrs) to 3,500 gallons (15,911 ltrs), other sizes can be manufactured to suit customer requirements.
OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE ARE:
- Hydraulically driven pumps (P.T.O driven pumps are standard).
- Hydrant filling connections.
- Hydraulic rain gun system with dual pumps for stockpile and larger area dust control.
- Hydraulic spinner units for the control and management of water applications.
- Dust buster chemical application units for accurate chemical dosing.
- Both tractor drawn and truck mounted units are available.
